A collection of videos produced by the IAF and grantee partners in the Dominican Republic

In the Caribbean, the IAF focuses on helping grantee partners strengthen civil society. We support projects that tackle gender inequality and agriculture and aim to integrate Caribbean countries with the rest of Latin America.

With IAF support, grantee partners met for workshops about project strategies and communication.

Grantee partners tell the story of their coffee crops affected by Roya (coffee rust). The crops are being replaced for less labor intensive products causing unemployment and climate changes in the region. With INADEB, the producers are looking for alternatives in Palo Alto.

This cooperative continued working after the Taiguey project supported by IAF ended. They are an example of a grant enabling small community business to develop and become sustainable.
