FDZL - Brazil

Individual waste recycling cooperatives in São Paulo need additional channels to market recycled materials. Forum para o Desenvolvimento da Zona Leste (FDZL) provides technical assistance to develop skills in business management and marketing and promotes the inclusion of a network of recycling cooperatives in an online business platform. At the IAF, we support community-led solutions to expand economic opportunity in Brazil. FDZL’s activities encourage small business growth, local entrepreneurship and market development to ensure meaningful opportunities for communities to thrive.
